You will own Growth & Conversion for Birches Health, the fastest growing gambling addiction company in the US as we launch new markets nationally. This is a high ownership opportunity to directly establish a team and work closely with leadership to set the direction of our overall scale. The ideal candidate iterates in quick feedback loops, consistently optimizing each scalable and unscalable channel to hit conversion goals.
