About The Role:

Birches Health’s Founding Operations Lead is a crucial role that will directly affect our growth as we launch new markets across the US. You will focus on building the processes and systems we use everyday. This is a high ownership opportunity to directly establish a team from the ground up and work closely with leadership to construct company infrastructure.

• Own Patient Experience by employing empathy to truly know our patients and providers and what they value
• Design and implement successful systems across Birches Health with a focus on making sure our patients get the care they need
• Launch and experiment with Operational processes, hone existing ones through rapid iteration and testing, and begin to automate repetitive tasks as you scale your team
• This is a cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure Birches Health is offering the highest quality Patient Experience, realizing our mission of increasing access to problem gambling care
• You’ll have the opportunity to hire a team and scale our Operations over time as we expand into new markets and drive revenue growth

Who You Are:

• 3+ years as a operations or customer success generalist with a demonstrated track record of designing and implementing successful processes and systems that result in increased customer retention
• Have experience owning operations or operationally focused projects in a hyper-growth early stage startup environment
• Have a data and results-focused mentality across dynamic environments
• Comfortable scoping and tackling ambiguous problems and executing on solutions
• Bonus points for experience in healthcare, health tech, or startups
